<font color="#330099"> Hi Dennis; Thank you for your suggestion to join Face Book. You were an inspiration to me. I signed up and created a Face Book page today. Hopefully, I will figure out how to create a fan page at some point. Also, your comment asking for more input from myself on the matter of our challenging shaming, blaming inner voices was very timely. Only a couple of days ago I had to face my inner critic once again. Transforming these critical thoughts is HUGE, imperative lifework. At 55 years of age I am suspecting the inner critic will continue to visit us throughout life (although its power to hijack me or my life is steadily lessening!)
