Prior to that this entrepreneurial woman owned, and successfully operated, two women's retail boutiques for ten years. Teresa was also a founding member and past president of Women in Business, and sat on the city's Economic Advisory Council for a two year term. For over twelve years, Teresa was a well-read newspaper columnist.

Teresa Proudlove is a certified True Colors® and Personality DimensionsTM facilitator. Within these self-discovery workshops, Teresa helps to bring a deeper understanding of personality and temperament theory to people in all walks of life in a positive, interactive way. Teresa has used these workshops in diverse settings - from administrative conferences to career transition workshops - for the purposes of enhancing self-esteem, teambuilding, resolving conflicts, identifying innate talents, and facilitating career and lifework changes.

Through a College invitation - sponsored by the International Dept. of Okanagan University College - Teresa successfully completed the Facilitator Development Workshop. With this qualification, Teresa now facilitates the "Instructional Skills Workshops," assisting teachers, trainers and leaders hone their teaching skills.

Teresa has facilitated programs to diverse groups and cultures; including thousands of people in career transitions, business and professional people, women's groups, men's groups, youth groups, older worker groups, and First Nation and Japanese groups. Coaching, guiding and supporting people, one-on-one, has also been a part Teresa's business over the past fourteen years.

Having world-traveled 35 countries over a ten year period, Teresa brings a larger world view to her work and to yourlifework.com. Best of all, Teresa has a loving husband Steve, who is an integral part of the business; and a precious, twenty year old son, Charles; and two Siamese cats blessing her life!

TERESA’S LIFEWORK MENTORING

The purpose of my mentoring program is to help you return to your True Self - your Inner Guidance - so as to live from that place. Only when we are connected to our True Self (God, Higher Power, Inner Guidance, or however you choose to define this) can we live our life authentically and fully express our gifts.

I cannot supply your answers, (no one can) nor can I give you spiritual connection. What I can do is share practices with you that have brought me closer to my True Self, my mission and my passion. I have found that most of us simply need someone who can reflect our “holy music” back to us and encourage us to follow our True Self. It is so easy to overlook our own ‘God-ness.’

I reflect your inner wisdom back to you which in turn, helps you to hear, define, believe in, and follow your Inner Guidance. The more we listen to and follow our inner guidance the more clearly we hear the voice of our True, Authentic Self.
