Teresa Proudlove is a storyteller, speaker, teacher, internationally published writer and entrepreneur whose purpose is to help people express their True Self and gifts. Living her passion, Teresa has led thousands of people through her livelihood and leadership workshops over the past 16 years. With wisdom and heart Teresa inspires people to follow their inner guidance with her candid real-life writing,

and retreats. Prior to that this entrepreneurial woman owned, and successfully operated, two women's retail boutiques for ten years. Teresa was also a founding member and past president of Women in Business, and sat on the city's Economic Advisory Council for a two year term. For over twelve years, Teresa was a well-read newspaper columnist. Teresa Proudlove is a certified True Colors® and Personality DimensionsTM facilitator. Within these self-discovery workshops, Teresa helps to bring a deeper understanding of personality and temperament theory to people in all walks of life in a positive, interactive way. Teresa has used these workshops in diverse settings - from administrative conferences to career transition workshops - for the purposes of enhancing self-esteem, teambuilding, resolving conflicts, identifying innate talents, and facilitating career and lifework changes. Through a College invitation - sponsored by the International Dept. of Okanagan University College - Teresa successfully completed the Facilitator Development Workshop. With this qualification, Teresa now facilitates the "Instructional Skills Workshops," assisting teachers, trainers and leaders hone their teaching skills.
Teresa has facilitated programs to diverse groups and cultures; including thousands of people in career transitions, business and professional people, women's groups, men's groups, youth groups, older worker groups, and First Nation and Japanese groups. Coaching, guiding and supporting people, one-on-one, has also been a part Teresa's business over the past fourteen years. Teresa is a member of the High Noon Toastmasters Club in Vernon, B.C. and achieved her Competent Communicator Certificate within her first year. Also, she competed in public speaking competions at the club, area and division level.
