The purpose of my Lifework Mentoring program is to help you hear and voice your True Self - your Inner Guidance. When we are connected to our True Self (Soul, God-ness, Higher Power, Inner Guidance, or however you choose to define this) can we live our lives authentically.

My Lifework Mentoring program is all about you uncovering your answers from within. It is not about me supplying so-called 'expert' answers for you.

Over my life I’ve had many mentors who have made a difference in my life. These people did not change me with bolts of inspiration. Instead, it was their sincere words, actions and way of being which subtlety, yet, profoundly affected me. Only through hindsight have I realized how far reaching their influence was upon me. I know the power of having an authentic, caring mentor and would like to offer that to you.

So this Lifework Mentoring journey is about creating sacred space wherein your soul feels safe enough to speak its truth. I’ll reflect your inner wisdom – your holy music - back to you. Through listening to our soul speak we come to more deeply know our inner voice of truth and then can more readily follow our deepest calling.

As your mentor I’ll suggest practices – daily, weekly, monthly and then, together we will listen to what is true for you. I make suggestions based on what I hear you saying, my own intuitive hunches and inner guidance. Our sessions and my suggestions flow from listening to the voice of your True Self and your deepest needs.

In order for this Lifework mentoring to be fruitful I’ll ask you to commit to regular time alone (we will approach this in a number of different ways.) Alone time is essential to hear the voice of your Inner Guidance. I know everyone feels they have ‘no time’ for themselves but one can start with ten or twenty minutes a day. As long as we continue on the path of ‘no time’ we remain removed from the voice of our inner truth at great cost.

Each of us has our answers within - sometimes we just need to listen more deeply, practice more patience, solitude, reflection, contemplation and sharing with someone who listens and cares. Many people do not have support and encouragement from family and friends when it is time to listen to one's own truth above all else. Many people do not know the practices that are beneficial to hearing the voice of their true self. This is where my Lifework Mentoring is of value.

Within my Lifework Mentoring program we work together via one hour phone calls, once a month over a three month period. You phone me on the agreed upon day and time at 250 545-3198. After each session, including a half hour, complimentary introductory session you will also receive an email with suggestions to follow designed to bring you closer to your True Self. These are suggestions I follow in my own life that continually help me reconnect with and live from my truest self as best I can.

Also included in my Lifework Mentoring is an email check-in once a month between sessions wherein you may contact me with concerns, questions, insights you may want to share (this is entirely up to you). However, I will send you an email in between sessions with simple reminders, nudges or perhaps a poem or quote I feel called to send to you.

To summarize: The cost for this three month Lifework Mentoring service is $250.00 (total) including a half hour complimentary, introductory session; one-hour telephone sessions (with you calling me) once a month over three months. You'll receive follow-up emails after every phone call including highlights and suggestions to help you move closer to your inner guidance; and three bi-monthly e-mail check-in reminder/nudges sent to you and/or you may email me with any of your queries or insights mid-month.

How can it be when we are growing and nourishing the seed of our True Self? Growing takes time. We cannot force the rose bud to open. Yet, we can trust that with the right amount of sunlight, air, water, and care it will surely blossom.
