Teresa’s Mentoring Program
Over my life I’ve had many mentors who have made a difference in my life. These people did not change me with bolts of inspiration. Instead, it was their sincere words, actions and way of being which subtlety, yet, profoundly affected me. Only through hindsight have I realized how far reaching their influence was upon me. I know the power of having an authentic, caring mentor and would like to offer that to you.
My mentoring program is all about you uncovering your answers from within. It is not about me supplying so-called 'expert' answers for you.
The purpose of my mentoring program is to help you return to your True Self - your Inner Guidance - so as to live from that place. Only when we are connected to our True Self (God, Higher Power, Inner Guidance, or however you choose to define this) can we live our life authentically.
As your mentor I’ll assign exercises – daily, weekly, monthly and then, together we will listen to what is true for you. A large part of what I do is to listen for your ‘music.’ This holy music is clearly audible in a person’s voice when they are speaking from their truth. I then, reflect your inner wisdom back to you. This in turn, helps you to hear, define, believe in, and follow your Inner Guidance. In this manner we learn to live from our True or Authentic Selves.
In order for our time together to be fruitful I’ll ask you to commit to regular time alone (we will approach this in a number of different ways.) Alone time is essential to hear the voice of your Inner Guidance. I know everyone feels they have ‘no time’ for themselves but one can start with ten or twenty minutes a day.
Within this program we would work together via one hour phone calls, once a month over a three month period. Also, we would touch base at least once a month via e-mail. The cost for this three month mentoring service would be $250.00 (total) with you phoning me on the designated day of our mentoring appointments which we would both agree upon.
Together you and I will discuss what would be the best action/s for you to take between our appointments. Each of us has our answers within - sometimes we just need a little clarification, nudge or patience.

In this way you can get your questions answered, get a feel for my mentoring service and we can determine if we'd like to work together.
How can it be when we are growing and nourishing the seed of our True Self? Growing takes time. We cannot force the rose bud to open. Yet, we can trust that with the right amount of sunlight, air, water, and care it will surely blossom.
We can all use a good listener, added encouragement and someone who can reflect our ‘holy music’ back to us. We so readily overlook our Godness which is often plainly there for all to see. Several months ago after my dad died, our only son left home for university, my long-time career ended and I knew I was called to change directions yet again.

I bought myself four mentoring sessions with a wise woman. Although I sensed we were doing important lifework together during our sessions I see now, that the full value of our mentoring is ongoing.
Several months after our last mentoring session I began to more fully fathom how those seeds planted and then, nourished by me, have grown. After creating sacred space in my home for myself and completing and hanging my Vision Board; more has been revealed to me. By taking time for myself, for introspection, contemplation, journaling, and seeking to know and follow my True Self; my mission and passion arose from the ashes.
Like most of us, I simply needed a to follow a few good practices to draw me nearer to my True Self, receive added encouragement, and have my light reflected back to me to help me embrace what my True Self was telling me all along.
