Imagine...
Clarity in Decision Making...
Choose It!

Your work is to discover your work and then with all your heart give yourself to it.- Buddha

What is my calling?” Do any of us really have complete clarity about our life calling? Even those of us with the knowingness we must teach, write or sing are often asking, “What direction am I to go, now?”

Remember, listen and know your inner authority has the answer. Also, there is a time and place for external guidance in our career search and decision making, however, finding what truly interests and inspires us must ultimately come from within us.

When seeking a career change we have many decisions to make. Will this type of work suit us; what education and training if any, are we willing to take; what are our most enjoyable skills and interests; what pay/hours/location would best suit us; how does this fit with my family/life values? Some serious soul searching (never too serious!!) is required to make important lifework decisions.

Once again Sitebuild It! has come up with another marvelous tool that can help you answer your career and lifework decisions.

Imagine... Clarity in Decision Making...
Choose It!

Choose It! is decision making software that lets you take tough questions and make decisions quickly and easily. The process is based upon a classic decision making model that we all use intuitively for easy questions or problems (ex., "Do I?" or "Don't I" with columns of "pros" and "cons"). Choose It builds a simple-yet-sophisticated decision matrix while you complete a step-by-step decision tree.

This decision making process organizes your thinking. Result? Your best possible answer appears.

Choose It! just provides the framework for you to organize your thoughts and judgments, weighs them, and then feeds your decision back to you!

The beauty of Choose It! is that you actually make a decision.
