Moving through Fear and Doubt

Hi Dennis;

We all face fear and doubt. You could challenge the thought of "I never stick with anything" by running it through my version of Dr. Amen's questioning process I outlined in this month's newsletter you just received.

For instance is: "I never stick with anything" an absolute fact? Of course not. How do you feel when you say that to yourself? (Likely more fearful and doubting.) Ask your inner guidance: What would be a truer statement for you to substitute - live by?
ie. "I have stuck with and completed a number of wonderful things in my life." or....

I found working through these questions and asking my inner guidance for a truer statement to substitute and live by - to be very uplifting, encouraging. This writing/questioning process hugely helped me to take my next step in my business.

Whether you will stick with an on-line business depends too, on why you are starting it. Many people want to start an on-line business to make money. I know I couldn't have stuck with our on-line business if it weren't based upon the passion I have to write, express my truth and inspire others to do likewise.

We all have something very dear in us we need to give to the world - and if that on-line business idea you have is synced up with that - you are more likely to stick with it. Ideas I have pursued for the money have fizzled for me within a short time. Make sure you do your research on how to create a viable on-line business. There is a lot involved in creating a business that will be found (as you likely know).

In this we practice observing ourselves without judgment - and grow kindness toward our selves and our situation.
