Hello. My name is Teresa Proudlove. As you can see from my reader's testimonials I write my monthly newsletters being as true, real and transparent as I can muster. My writings spring from my daily lifework. When we risk to share our deep personal knowings and truths we touch upon the collective (to paraphrase author Anais Nin).
Within my articles you will find a common thread. Even amidst dark hours or the so-called mundane in life little miracles await us. I write about how I suffer like every human being does and the solace, insight, and fresh perspective that always blesses me (although sometimes it takes awhile - sometimes years to receive the blessing!)
"I just wanted to send you a quick "thank you." I always appreciate your newsletter, but especially this month. I too have been struggling with worry energy and how to be more present in the moment and not be so anxious. It is an uphill battle for me! What a nice metaphor you made - wound-up = wounded... That it's not so much the problems that come up in life, but how you perceive them and react to them that makes all the difference. Thanks for another great newsletter!" Helen
I write of what brings me closer to my true Self, inner guidance and God (however you define that in your life). This exploring, seeking, knowing our true essence is lifework we are all called to... and to also express our light in the world. The World Needs Your Light!

"I thank God for your words concerning our unique mission in life. Oftentimes, we need to see or hear things which we feel on the inside, but are unable to to put them into words and describe them. For a very long time I thought that my purpose was to do something great. However, it's the little things we do and practice everyday which our unique mission unfolds before our eyes. Thank you again...Carolyn"
